Great book on serial communication. Very detailed and gets down to a very low level. If you do not have a lot of hardware and software experience I would recommend you do not buy this book. A solid knowledge of C++ is also required. The book helped me write a program for Amateur Radio which I was able to get the serial communication going in /5(8).
